Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to help you use Boody offers, check conditions and decide before you pay.

Using offers

How do I use Boody offers without a code?

Open the offer, check eligible products or plans at Boody, follow its instructions and confirm the benefit is applied before paying.

Conditions and expiry

What restrictions apply to Boody offers?

Check eligible products or plans, minimum spend, expiry and membership requirements. The Boody offer details and checkout determine whether discounts can be combined.

Can I combine Boody offers with other discounts?

Do not assume discounts can be combined. Check whether Boody allows a code alongside sale prices, member benefits or payment offers. Compare the final total after fees rather than adding the advertised discounts together.

When do Boody offers expire?

Check the expiry information on the offer and the terms at Boody, including any time zone or usage limit. An unstated expiry does not mean the offer lasts forever; it can end or change. Confirm it still applies before paying.

Before you buy

What should I compare before buying from Boody?

Compare contents and specifications, final price, delivery method, and cancellation or refund terms before choosing a product or plan.

Who can help with orders, cancellations or refunds at Boody?

Boody handles purchases, payments, delivery, cancellations and refunds. Check the terms for your selected product or plan and contact the brand about an order. CouponMad lists offer information; it does not process your purchase.
